At Wash Haus, we believe in clear, upfront pricing — no hidden fees, no surprises. Below you’ll find everything you need to know before subscribing to one of our senior plans.

All prices are before tax.

Eligibility: Available to customers 65 years and older.

Included: Detergent, fabric softener, and all other necessary laundry products.

Cancel anytime before your next monthly renewal.

Payments are non-refundable once the month has begun.

No rollover: Unused bag capacity does not carry over to future months.

Missed pickups or drop-offs will incur a $15 fee.

Fill your bag with anything — clothing, towels, linens, and even items normally priced individually. If it fits and closes, it’s included!

For the Diamond Plan (weekly recurring pickups), note that some months may include an extra week. You can skip that week to avoid additional charges.

Dry cleaning not included, but can be added to your pickup (see dry cleaning pricing).

Optional add-ons (by request only):

$10 per bag — Extra wash cycle for heavily soiled laundry

$5 per bag — Down or bulky items (extra dry time)

$10 per bag — Stain treatment

$3 per item — Pressing or steaming

Pickup
Schedule your pickup online or by phone — we’ll collect your laundry right from your doorstep.

Wash, Dry, Fold
Our experienced team handles your laundry with care, following your preferences to ensure every item is cleaned just the way you like it.

Deliver
Once your laundry is clean and fresh, our driver will deliver it neatly folded and packaged at your scheduled time.

If you prefer computers/websites as opposed to phone apps. simply click on Schedule Now or the Subscribe Now. From there you will sign up for an account, purchase a subscription, and schedule your pick-ups and drop-offs. You can even schedule recurring pick-ups! If you need any help, our staff is more than happy to walk you through the process.
If you love your phone and are comfortable using apps you can download the clean cloud app (our booking engine) here for Android and here for iOS. This will help you see your account with ease. You can manage everything from the app including subscriptions, scheduling, pricing, updates to your order, past orders, your preferences, and see any promotions or specials.
