All prices are before tax.

Included: detergent, fabric softener, and all laundry essentials.

Cancel anytime before your next monthly renewal (please note your renewal date).

Payments are non-refundable once the month has begun.

No rollover: unused bag capacity does not carry over to the next month (except with yearly plans).

Missed pickups or drop-offs will incur a $15 fee.

Fill your bag with anything — clothes, towels, linens — even items normally priced individually. If it fits and closes, it’s included!

Extra bags used during the month will be added to your next renewal invoice.

For weekly recurring pickups, note that some months may include an extra week. You can skip that week to avoid an additional bag charge.

Dry cleaning not included, but can be added to your pickup (see dry cleaning pricing).

We’ll never apply extra charges without your request or approval before starting the service.

Yearly plans cover the full school year. Bags can be used anytime within the 8-month period. Unused bags are non-refundable.

Order Notifications
Our system is set up to send you a notification when our driver is on the way, when your order has been picked up or dropped off, when your order is complete or if the price changes in any way. Notifications are defaulted to be sent via text, email and push notification (if you have the app). Prefer one method? We can adjust your settings anytime.
