Transparent Pricing You Can Trust

At Washhaus, honesty and clarity come first. We want you to have all the information you need to make an informed decision — no surprises, no hidden fees.

• 16 pickups, one per week. Unused weeks don't roll over or extend the plan.

• Weight over your plan's cap is billed at $2.50/lb, prorated to the pound, on the card you have on file.

• Sheets and towels are part of your weekly bag. Comforters, duvets and puffer coats are priced separately at our standard rates.

• Plans are non-transferable. Full refund before your first pickup, prorated through your third pickup, and non-refundable after that.

• If your bag isn't out on pickup day, that week counts as used. Cancel by 8pm the night before and it doesn't.

• A card on file is required even though your plan is prepaid — that's how overages and add-ons are billed.

• All prices are before tax.

• Included: detergent, fabric softener, and all laundry essentials.

• Optional add-ons, by request only — $5 per load for an extra wash on heavily soiled items, $5 per bag for down or bulky items needing extra dry time, $10 per bag for stain treatment.

• We'll never apply extra charges without your request or approval before starting the service.
